Keystone Decals (Montana)

I am pleased to post that I have received a box today with my Montana decals. It was about 6 months ago I had read on the forum about another Montana owner with decal problems. I had contacted their owner relations and very politely explained the problems along with pictures . I then also explained the process on how I washed and cared for it using all approved RV recommended products. I must send a shout out to Keystone for doing the right thing they provide the decals and I will have them applied. I know there are a few that will say they should have applied them too. However I was not ready to pull to Indiana to have them applied there, and spending a few bucks here keeps me in good standing with my local RV repair shop. Any questions please ask !

Our 2009 Montana's graphics peeled in 2011. Called the factory and they sent out replacements. Never put them on as I subscribed to the theory that they are the same graphics that peeled so why go through the trouble. I found a two places (one in Arizona, the other in San Bernadino, CA.) that will custom design painted on graphics. Will leave my 5er almost bare and go with the painted graphics this summer.

I emailed them last night after getting the email address from you and they responded to go to a Keystone dealer and order them. Oh well, guess I'll let them peel off.

1. I'm glad you received your new decals. My signature 5ver has the same problem and I contacted Keystone. The first attempt was unsuccessful, as they told me my RV was out of warranty. I waited a few months and made a second attempt to obtain replacement decals. Again I was turned down. They say the third time is a charm, so I thought I would test the theory. I made a third attempt, this time I called them and spoke to a gentleman in the factory. he advised me to send photos and he would see what he could do. I sent the photos, as I had done on the previous attempts, hoping for the best. Two days later I received an email, advising me that the decals would be ordered and shipped to my address. So, the point I am trying to make is don't give up on the decals. I received them in the mail yesterday, 12-03, and will install them once I can free up the time... Good luck

I had to replace some of the decals on my Outback. Mine was too far out of warranty for Keystone to stand behind them, so I bought some after market and was very pleased with them. They were easy to do myself. Thank goodness for hair dryers on the removal.

I've walked through the Montana dealerships and have looked at the decals curling. Obviously, the decals that Keystone uses are low quality. I had the same problem with a past 5er that I owned. The company replaced them and they curled again. I traded the unit.
