We are happy with our 2010 Montana 3750FL. It is the 5th RV that we have owned in over 50 years.
Actually we were happy with all of our previous RV's also with proper maintenance we never had any real problems with any. As with all of our RV's we selected each one based on its floor plan, the way we intended to use it and quality with price.
We are based in Colorado and travel for both business and pleasure every month of the year, usually on the road or camped 5 to 10 days each month. The only repair that we have had with our Monty was a problem with the Propane value not properly switching tanks. The faulty valve was quickly solved (switched) by the the dealer and was not a fault of Keystone.
When I bought our Montana I joined the Montana Owners Internet Club, since I have been a member of each owners club with our other RV's. That was a mistake. Within about the second month I posted a comment warning the club site readers about a problem involving large RV's in one mountain town in Colorado, where we live. I even quoted the Chief of Police, who is a friend on mine, about the potential problem for large RV's in certain parts of the town, for the purpose of helping others to not have the problem.
I should not have posted the warning. I was "called out" on the Web Site, actually called a liar by two members, and accused of unfairly criticizing RVers. I have never posted, or even logged on to the Montana Owners Club since that time. I am happy with any discussion will not participate in any group that does not have common courtesy.
Perhaps my experience was not normal with that group. But be warned.
The MOC can be that way - they sent me packing a long time ago. What is the issue with the RV and what town? Just curious as we spend most of our time in Colorado.
