YES its nice and appreciated when Veterans are thanked.
But Memorial is about those that DIED in service to their country.
Too many forget the real meaning. Tack on ALL the commercialism......and that can be a bit of a rub.
Let's remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and be respectful to that memory.
