My 5th wheel is a 2011 Jayco Pinnacle 36 REQS with the standard landing gear and rear stabilizers installed. Is there any benifit to purchase and have installed the Lippert 6 point leveling system or a similar system. With what I have , it is hit and miss to get the coach solid and not rock.

When push the "auto level" button and grab a beer and watch all the other struggle with leveling and cranking down rear stabilizers, I just remember the old days and I aint goin back to them times.

Agreed :B Add the Travler automatic satellite dish right after the levelers finish, and its a beer and a JD shooter worth of entertainment!

LOL! Yep...that's the other thing we will never be without again...LOVE our Travler!!

Recently purchased a new Big Horn with the 6 point auto leveling and we absolutely love it. I would guess it takes approximately a minute and a half. No more getting out leveling blocks and trying to guess at the hight needed.

this afternoon I watched a friend leveling his camper that is equipped with a Lippert 6 point electric auto leveling system .... I was surprised at the wobble in the middle jacks as they were being lowered .... the system worked and the camper seemed to be pretty stable .... the biggest negative is it is SLOW .... I mean really SLOW

He probably didn't have the valves all the way open. When I bought mine, mine were slower. Then I was at the Coachmen rally in 2012 and a lippert guy was checking out something else and noticed the valves were not open all the way. Made a big difference.

He stated it was ELECTRIC....that's the reason it was slow....the hydraulic is considerably faster.

Woops, missed that very important word.

agreed...my last three motor homes had hydraulic levers...2 of them auto level...It is the feature I miss the most after having this Big Horn fiver without it...Lippert often offers some special pricing at the Heartland National Rallies...I may just have to add it to my fiver...

If I trade fivers...no auto level...no deal...

Wow - I hadn't heard of the electric!

We have the hydraulic. It might take 1 or 2 minutes, but I wouldn't call that slow. Slow was me trying to find the socket for the drill to set the back jacks after I pulled out the wood wedges and re-parked the rig on those. That was a good 20 minutes ๐Ÿ™‚

Anyway, after I disconnect and my daughter hits AUTOLEVEL and we let it do its thing while we get the hoses and cords out.

We do have the Lippert 6 point leveling system on our Montana Big Sky. I don't know about rock solid as long as the tires are on the ground there will be some suspension movement. Don't know about slow I would say less than a minute and it is done. We had the JT stabilizers and the manual jacks on our 2006 Montana and the 6 point is far more stable

For us as we are getting older and slower it makes setting up and tearing down a breeze.
