Not too sure how popular they were in the US, Triple E makes a fifth wheel line called the Topaz. They have several models that have a rear kitchen and build quality is second to none.
No lippert frames, Dexter 8 lug axels and 16" wheels... List goes on.

Not too sure how close to the Canadian border you are? You could come up here and save a bunch of $ with the difference in the dollar. Not sure on the size your looking for but here is a FS280RK for sale in Alberta. FS280RK Topaz
Here is the same model the wife and I have F251SF. We chose this one because of its short length 27' overall. I tow a 18' Lund Fisherman behind this FW and so far its been great.
