Looking for small Toy Hauler with one "must have"

My Weekend Warrior FB2200 was 22’ with a front bath giving me 16’ of covertible garage space. The queen bed was on powered lift to the rear, the jack knife sofa was on a driver side slide converting to a twin and the dinette was on the passenger side converting to a twin. With the garage loaded, the sofa twin could still be used but the queen required objects underneath to be less than 4’ high. The dinette twin could only be used if that side of the floor was clear.
