Looking to buy first toy hauler Advice? Reccomendationd?

Thanks Garry - the owner stated that the fron window leaked a little and caused the delamination. He said nothing else leaks. He said it looks like the hole for the window was cut to large in the factory. He has since resealed it and now it is mostly a non-issue

Thoughts?
