I just bought a new Jayco Eagle HT 30.5 MBOK a few months ago. I tow it with a GMC 2500HD Duramax. We absolutelly love the layout with the mid bunk room. Our last TT had a island kitchen which we kind of miss but have no regrets. My Duramax has plenty of power and suspension to pull it. Anything else that we looked at with the mid bunk room was way too big. For us, this is the perfect rig for us. Ours has most of the options but not the 2nd AC or the automatic leveling system.
Only problem I had was a "chucking", jerking over bumps but solved that with a MORryde rubber pinbox. I also think the 16" wheels is a must to achieve a level trailer when hooked up to your Silverado.
