I am also a new owner, and not a troll. We purchased our 2016 Prime Time Sanibel after a year of research and deciding which model to buy. We gave our dealership 6 weeks to go thru and make sure all was good and no problems before picking it up. We were assured by our salesman and the finance person that there would be no problems in sending someone out to ND if there was an issue because we would be living FT in it, and once there, unable to be taken anywhere for service. Even paid $5K more for a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. So on the way to ND the slide molding falls off. We get to the camp site and one slide would not go all the way out, hubby had to work back and forth until it finally went out. Air coming in from around all slides even though they are totally out. It rained and we got water in from two slides and our cargo area was soaked. The dealer tried to get someone out here from Forest River but nobody wanted to come out. Finally a RV Repairman came and told us the slide seals were wrong, two slides that dont move look like they had been worked on before, as screws were missing underneath, and the second living room slide stopped working while he was testing them. The Repairman pissed off the dealership warranty lady and she is now out of the picture. Parts were supposedly ordered and shipped from Forest River, but that was two weeks ago. Repairman says in another two weeks it will be too late to fix this year as snow is coming tomorrow night. He thinks maybe foam boards and mylar and tape may be our only solution until spring. Only one payment made, and too many tears. I do not want to freeze in the North Dakota Oil Fields. And he is the ONLY Rv repairman in over 200 miles and supposedly the Forest River Warranty repairman. And he keeps saying, this is why I dont like doing warranty repair. OH, he says he can order the parts and do the repair but we will have to pay him directly and attempt to get all the money from the manufacturer. They havent reimbursed me for his first trip yet and they were the ones that said to pay him and they would reimburse me.....Trust none.

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and sadly I am here for help that I may need a lawyer for. I purchased a 64k 3790rd 2016 Montana and the factory and the dealer are not accepting responsibility for the problems they sold me. I videoed my walk though since I had a bad feeling about Folsom lake R.V. From the first time I was there even though there were employees milling about no one there was able to help whatsoever except the f&i person gave me a brochure. I have video and recorded phone calls with Jamie Cordero who I can only assume is the owner stating they would make this right by coming to my location to pick up my coach after I complained to Keystone. When that day came he had changed his mind assuming I would go away. Today after being without my trailer for about 6 weeks I got the same change of heart from Montana. After being told to go to a warranty center hours away by Keystone customer service they told the warranty center they had to get approval from the selling dealer. It's not likely they are going to be helpful in hanging themselves. My coach has no running water and about eight or ten less important problems like a bad dented reefer that cost 125. a month to run. My question is has anyone had a similar experience with a Keystone product or Folsom lake rv and how did it get resolved. I have also not been able to track down the right agency to complain to. bar and consumer affairs suggested I try dmv, please god no not the DMV !
Why in the world would you spend that kind of money, at a place that wouldn't help you, that you had a bad feeling about? Sounds like you should have taken your business elsewhere.
