I would never make a sight unseen offer on a used unit or new unit for that matter. Too many issues can exist especially on used units that are sold "as is". I would expect a 2 hour minimum inspection performed by me before I ever discussed price on used. I would never sign papers on a new unit until the same inspection is performed by me and all issues are fixed. Dealers make good margin on used units and there is always room for negotiations, but not without seeing it.
