Need help finding Sailun tires for my 5th wheel

Hello all,

It's come time for me to replace the 11 year old original Goodyear G614 RST LT235/85R16 Load range G tires on our triple axle 2008 Teton trailer. They still look great but know I am past the date code (3307) expiration time. I have done alot of reading here and other forums and decided to go with the Sailun S637 as my replacement. I'm staying with the factory 16" rims but having a difficult time finding the exact LT235/85R16 size.

Can anyone point me to a suggestion where to look for best prices?

    SimpleTire has them listed for $148.50 each and says Free Shipping: SimpleTire

    I got mine from them several years ago and was very happy with them.

    They are the same tire as the LT, in fact my tires are labeled LT, but they now label them ST to avoid tariffs on LT tires. Excellent tires, no matter how they are labeled.

    11 years and still look good. I think I would stick with what has worked. Another thing to consider if it matters. GY US Made, Sailun Chinese Made.

    You might want to get the Sailun ST235/80R16G's as they are the same diameter as your G614s. The ST235/85R16 are taller and you will loose an inch or so between tires.

    x2. I have had mine for 3 1/2 years now (labelled ST) and they still look perfect. They are exactly the same as the former labelled LT tires. I would highly recommend them.

    That was my desire and first plan until I googled the cost....285.00 x 6 tires....or 150.00 x 6 tires....and our trailer sits in one place for most of the time. If we were like some people and on the road all the time things might be different. Heck it's hard enough for me to look at the existing tires and how nice they look and even decide to replace them.

    Ok...now that confuses me, or am I misunderstanding?...if my current Goodyear tires are 235/85R16's why would the Sailun 235/85R16"s be different sizes?

    Look at both tire specs on the internet.
    It shows the G614 LT235/85-16 at 30.7" diameter.....and the Sailun S637 ST235/80-16 at 30.8" diameter.
    Why the G614 LT tire diameter has a different diameter than other same size LT tires can only be answered by Goodyear.
    We just go by specs offered from the mfg....and actual experiences with them by dozens of other members.
