We are looking for a higher end fifth wheel for extensive traveling that must have the following.
Her requirements;
1. Washer and dryer hookups.
2. King bed or at least a wide enough slide out to replace queen mattress with a wider memory foam mattress.
3. Pantry
4. Lots and lots of counter space and cabinets in kitchen.
5. Mid entry
6. Gas and electric water heater with at least 10 gallon capacity.
7. Large couch and recliners at minimum.
8. Three slides minimum.
My requirements;
1. No longer that 30 to 35 ft.
2. Build quality best possible.
3. No residential fridge gas/electric only.
4. capable of being towed with a short bed 3500.
Thanks everyone for taking a look. It is imperative we stay under 35ft because we have a driveway from hell. Thanks again.

Arctic Fox Silver Fox Trailers & 5th Wheels quality are second to none. Not all Arctic Fox models are the same. The Silver Fox line is their higher end models. They are substantially heavier than similar sized Rv's for a reason.

A couple of the Glacier Peak fifth wheels from Outdoors RV (related to Arctic Fox) have the features you want.

I think Heartland is coming out w/a new floorplan in the 35' range for either their Landmark 365, Big Horn or Big Country line. I saw it awhile back and it looked like a very nice floorplan for that size coach.

Sorry, but there is no such animal in the RV industry. Quality control is at the mercy of who is watching the factory help, follow up with the completed RV and the weekend hangover.
Unlike the Auto industry, RV's are pumped out of the plants at a hurried pace to get them to the dealers.
I bought a brand new trailer that the shower drain was never connected and with a bent axle. Did the transporter go over a high curb and not tell anyone? Just listen to the many post of cracked frames, slide-outs that don't work and poor finishes on brand new units. I personalty entered a new 5th wheel on a sellers lot that had the inside ceiling coming down???
On the other hand, there are companies that do things a little better: Lets start with Airstream and then move on to Teton, Carriage, and Double Tree. If your buying brand new, I don't believe these companies (besides Airstream) are still in existence. But they were well made.

I'm in the market right now as well. I don't think you can do better than an Arctic Fox (unless it's a Silver Fox).

Look at Vanliegh Vilano. Although they do have residential fridge you may be able to order one with a rv fridge.

How about and Arctic Fox....quality second to none.
Here is close to your "wish list." Just a bit longer than you wanted...

Thanks again.

Make a list of the major RV Manufactures. Contact each one and as them to send your a brochure of their most expensive top of the line 5th wheel trailers. Then go and do a complete walk through and inspection. Now make your selection and bring the $$$$$.
