The only way you are going to be able to view someone else's photos that were posted on Photobucket is if they decide to edit their post and re-post those photos using a different hosting site, or if they use the app I mentioned earlier.
On 2nd thought, you might be able to view them by clicking on "quote", copying the URL, and then pasting that URL into your browsers address bar. I do this often when a person has a problem with pictures and they don't show up. Just be sure to click the "back" button so you don't accidently quote their post when you don't want to.
