New FW, hitch advice needed

We finally did it and signed the deal today on our new Glacier Peak 26RKS.
Now I need to buy a hitch and hoping to pick the brains of more experienced 5th wheelers.

My thinking is that I do not enough pin weight to soften the ride on the F450. Trailer weighs 9000 lbs and guessing at 2000 pin weight. Will going for something like a BD3 air hitch help soften ride on the trailer and truck?

I know this has been asked many times before but I have been researching till my eyes hurt.

Rick, does the glacier peak already come with a 5th airborne pinbox? Or just a standard pinbox with all metal? I know the Arctic Fox units that Northwood makes use the 5th Airborne pin box. Being this is the other branch of nearly the same company, I'm not sure if they already have that pinbox. Should be obvious if there's an air bag already in the pinbox.

Glacier Peak comes with a Lippert pin box

Just appears to have a standard pinbox.
Too many choices out there!
Just being my usually over cautions self.
We have an R.V. show here next weekend going to look at hitches and go with what sounds right. I am waiting for a reply from the manufacturer on what they think.

I'd put F250 springs on the truck. :B

I would say this is a situation where there is too much truck for the RV!

I would say a TrailAire air bag extended kingpin and a B&W hitch to go into your factory puck system.

2000 will soften it without pushing it down onto the stronger bottom springs.
I'd use a standard hitch and add an air box if I was worried.
