I went out and looked, mine have 129/125 L on the sidewall which would mean still rated at 75mph. They also say "for trailer service only". The manufacturer date is 3115.
Its hard to believe they are not the same tire. This changeover appears to be in the last six months or so from LT to ST . My friends Sailuns purchased in early june were the LT's ,and they were pretty fresh tires .
