New to the forum and have my 1st question

Hello all! My name is Mike and I just picked up my first Toy Hauler 2 days ago and I am super excited to start going out and using it. I picked up a 2007 Nitrous Hyperlite 260FS in great condition and the only thing that it is missing is the owner's manual. I have searched on Google but have not had any luck as of yet finding it. Does anyone know where to get it?:@
  • Good news is that you found out hideout on the internet! The bad news is that the nitrous is a Fleetwood product and when Fleetwood went belly up they dropped trailer owners like a ton of bricks. Fleetwood still exists by name but they offer no nada zip support for the trailer lines. The other good news is that as mentioned you can download most all of the manuals, and many of our members were previous Fleetwood owners that can probably lend a hand if you have a more specific question.

So now the real question, what are you going to haul in your rig?
  • For starters search this Forum for each word in your model description separately to see any previous posts. For example search for `nitrous'.
  • If Fleetwood is like most other RV manufacturers, there is a generic manual for towables. Usually has recommended maintenance intervals for appliances, axles, brakes, etc. You can likely download the manuals for each item in and on your TH.
  • Welcome to the forum. You are not really missing much as far as an owners manual goes. They are pretty generic and not unit specific. Sometimes there is a label inside the unit that list everything you have as far as appliances, AC, Frame mfg. axle capacities etc. You might try calling Fleetwood and see if they can provide you with something.
  • The ultimate owner's manual is right here on RV.net. You have found it with your first lucky post!
  • Congrats on the toyhauler. I have no idea where to find an owners manual.
