My wife and I are looking to purchase our first RV and have been impressed with the floor plan and lay out of the Crossroads Rushmore Washington model. One dealer we spoke to said they droped the line because of continued problems with the slides. Has any one had similar problems and or does any one have any useful comments on this particular 5th wheel. Thanks.

While in the Oaks RV show this past week we walked through both the Jefferson and the Lincoln models... They were very nice looking units !They did not have the Washigton to compare to.I agree that you should find out from the mfg if there is a site on the web related or even ask for technical information on what changes were made to correct the issue.

It sure looks like a great unit and floor plans. Maybe you should check and see if they have a product owners forum on the net. You could even contact the company an ask them about your concerns with the sliders and ask if they have address their problems.
