no water pressure build up

I am a newbie and don't know alot about some of the things on my fifth wheel. 1989 prarie schooner 36' trailer was winterized so I am just getting it going and I put water in fresh water tank ( no city water hookup)put in 35 gal of water and pump won't build up any pressure water does come out of faucet with pump running but alot of air it just seems like it is sucking air from maybe something is left open just dont know!!!!

water heater is bypassed because I was told it does'nt work, it may be cracked tank so I never wanted to put water in it afraid it might leak. I am just going to use cold water to rinse of hands and maybe use toilet but there is no water getting in toilet either! I will take a pic of pump and water lines maybe help me understand better! Thanks for info I will post more when I can

If all of your lines are dry and your water heater tank is empty, you will get sputtering out of your faucets until the heater tank is full and the lines are pressurized. If it's not what Dennis suggested, give your lines more time to fill.

Check near the water pump for a hose used to pump in antifreeze. On the tank side of my pump there is a T fitting with one hose going to the fresh tank and a hose connected to nothing that is put in the antifreeze jug. Both have a valve, fresh side needs to be open - jug side closed.
