water heater is bypassed because I was told it does'nt work, it may be cracked tank so I never wanted to put water in it afraid it might leak. I am just going to use cold water to rinse of hands and maybe use toilet but there is no water getting in toilet either! I will take a pic of pump and water lines maybe help me understand better!
