Yes you can register the fiver in AZ. Mine is. I use my NY address. If you do not get an Arizona address and leave the fiver ON A LOT for the SUMMER the revenuers will most likely get you eventually. They check the parks every few years and then You would either have to pay property tax or register it. As they check only in the summer AND as far as I know storage is not checked as you are not using it.
Call the AZ DMV and ask your questions. They are one of the helpful DMV's. Good news is you can register the fiver for up to 5 years.
