i'm guessing you have some hidden issue somewhere
in both our previous and our current rig we can take multiple showers in a row and not get cold water (running either electric or lp for heat)
our new rig has a variable pump so the pressure is more even which is a plus
hearing that you couldn't adjust i'd guess the issue is somehow connected to the water flow at the shower head; maybe some obstruction
