My problem now is I have an extended warranty and even they will not help with the repairs because they say they are not covered. This ads insult to injury. Open Range says it is not there problem because they are no longer Open Range, They are now Highland Rv and they not responsible for my unit, yet Randy Graber is still the president of the company. He will not respond himself to my letters, he has someone else tell me they won't help. Mr Graber has the nerve to put out a video and ads saying how he wants to have HAPPY and satisfied customers. My unit was one of the first with the deck option which has some great design flaws that they have failed to face up to. As a result of all these problems with this unit, I sit here looking at my fifty thousand dollar t.v. that I can not two or use safely, and I can not trade it in because the dealers won't take it in trade. I have nothing good to say about Open Range revs. CONSUMERS BEWARE.......
