I saw some oxygenated cleaner on utube that you mix this item with water, wet the area first and then spray this stuff on. let it soak for a couple of minutes and lightly scrub with brush and hose away the dirt and grime.
can this stuff be used on my rubber roof without hurting it and does it need to have some sort of sealer applied after.
it looks almost to good to be true

this is not Oxiclean it goes by the name "WaterSeal" and you get it at big box stores or lumber yards and it it put out by "Thompsons".

To clean outdoor surfaces, use concentrated oxygen powered cleaners, like this one, to remove dirt, mildew, algae, fungus. They are chlorine-free and biodegradable.

This cleaner, WaterSeal by Thompson's.

this is where I saw it http://www.ronhazelton.com/projects/how_to_clean_outdoor_surfaces_using_oxygen_cleaners/

Oxyclean? Does wonders on all kinds of dirty surfaces. Don't know why it would not work on the roof. `Soft Scrub with bleach' works so Oxyclean should work also.
