Flyboy,
I was at Panguitch Lake last Labor Day for about 6 days. Left the rzr at home, went with a few dirt bike buddies and their rigs as well. Street legal is a big help, but not necessary.
The lake itself is nothing special. I stayed at the national forest campground just eat of the lake marina. There's free dump and water out there. A general story is nice, friendly. I was shocked at how much boondocking there was.
We rode as far south as Duck Creek and Strawberry Point, east to Bryce and north from there, all the way up to Circleville and back down to Panguitch thru the mountains. Big area. More fun technical stuff north but before the 20. The trail system is very, very large.the campground was a bit tight for the 40 ft funmover but everything fit fine. Some of the forest was very pretty, almost original, but lots of secondary growth. Fwiw I brought an xr600 and a xr280.
Pm me if you need details.
Many sites were pull thru, fit ok takes maneuvering.
