- DirtclodsExplorer IIYep on my toy hauler the have two valves one hot one cold at some point and time I going to make it the outside shower for after surfing. My rig came with the hose and adapter for the outside to rinse off your dirtbikes but it's only cold water.

I saw a travel trailer in a parking lot a couple years ago that got my attention. I talked to the owner and he explained.
The thing that got my attention was two spigots on the bottom of his camper. He let me crawl under his camper (I never mind getting dirty to see something new), and he did exactly as you are wanting to do. He tapped into the low point drains and installed copper pipe from the low point drain to the outside edge of the camper where he had 2 house hold outside garden hose faucets anchored under the camper. I asked why he did that, and he said he got tired of crawling under his camper to drain the low points. This way, he could just twist the faucet and it would drain. It also gave him outside access for attaching a hose and have hot water if he wanted. He did not have another outside faucet.
If you did something like this, you could attach a quick connect hose connection or even go with a standard household outside spigot. Yes, it is very doable! Just remember, in the winter, be sure to drain it and winterize also. But I see no reason why it should not work for you.
Good luck! - StraboExplorer

I drain everything after every trip. This Az heat will grow bacteria quickly so I leave the system empty till next trip and use taste pure every fill. I only drink bottled water when camping.
Yes Sir, Haulers that live in the Dez required a differant approach than those that live in cooler climates. Heat is our enemy, it ruins our haulers like water leaks, just in a differant way....
Desert vs Colder Climate, i would bet that Hot climate ruins faster!!

You should be able to plumb from the low point drains for your project.

- My78NovaTaExplorerthanks and thanks for the picture
- DutchmenSportExplorerIf they look anything like this, they are low-point drains for your water. One is hot water the other is cold. This photo shows winterized with "pink stuff". Your's might be straight down. Either way, anything even remotely close to this photo, and they are low-point drains for your hot and cold water
- N-TroubleExplorerScratching head on this one...
- My78NovaTaExplorerThanks so much.
