If you have a "V" (notched) TG - the cord from the 5th is "hanging" in
the "V".
I put a couple of half/hitches in a short bungee around the cord.
Ends of bungee are hooked to the bottom of the "V".
Keeps the "slack' inside the bed.
BTW - if I didn't have the "V" TG - I would still do the bumper connection.
(One less hole in the bed!)
