Plumbing Schematics

I doubt you'll find any. RV's in general (I know there are exceptions..) are built like a house in that regard in so much as they are wired and plumbed as needed and many times detailed schematics aren't used.

Thats what i was afraid of. These things seem to be built with the intentions of never needing repairs. Hate it. Such a PITA to do anything on. Thanks for the reply.

yep no ISO's for RVs :) What happened that you need to replace some lines and which ones?

Bad image but everything looks like it is in one area with a hot/cold running over to the sink on the other side. Should be easy to sort out.

Sorry for the late response......But....

Some of the PEX lines are starting to deteriorate from old age and the weather (freezing). Patched them the best I could but I would like to change out all of the lines with the braided vinyl tubing. Have read mixed reviews/feelings on using the braided vinyl tubing.

Schematics? I don't think that's how our rigs were built.

You are prolly right. These things are slapped together with no thought of repairs later down the road. Was kicking around the idea of getting a new rig, but have a hard time forking out that that kind of money for something that will just deteriorate over the years. Cars and trucks are bad enough, and those get used everyday, but an RV that sits most of the year, the weather takes a toll on it

Some of these water lines are in areas that seam inaccessable and impossible.

I have had to replace almost all of my lines on my 2008 FSC3200. Most of the lines had short lengths of braided vinyl tubing running from the faucet connections to PEX. The plastic connectors failed (cracked) where the PEX was joined to the braided vinyl tubing on the braided vinyl tubing side. I believe the crimps that the factory used were too tight on the connectors. I did away with the braided vinyl tubing and factory connectors. I now have PEX for the whole system. I used Sea Tech reusable fittings to connect it all together. The Sea Tech fittings are much more robust than factory style and lighter than brass style found at home improvement stores. Some of the lines were a pain, but doable. I bought the fittings through Fresh Water Systems.
