We use ours for as some said when we are close to it, or during the evening, but if out and about usually use the camp facilities.
Doing tent camping for all my life it is also a habit, and with the fifth wheel lifestyle now I am getting used to having our own facilities, but we have camped dry before and did not want to fill up our unit, so worked best to use the campground ones.
