I assume you mean a true comfort station and not just a common public bathroom.
These are great for us. We take along our disabled adult son and comfort station make it easy for us (and enjoyable for him) to be bathed. Otherwise it's a watery mess in the RV.
I would think the same would be true for any disabled person. It's nice for them to be able to take care of all their business in a private bathroom all their own just like they were at home.
As for regular rest rooms, we only use them for the BIG job.
