If your over your trucks GVWR, it wont be by much and your well within your tow rating. If you need a little help with squat then add some air bags. BTW, your 2500 is rated lower because the 3500 has an extra spring.
Since money doesn't seem to be an issue I say go for it. You'll enjoy camping that much more!
