The jacks help obviously. You can walk into some units with just the landing gear down and they barely move even if you try to get them to sway. Others can have 6 fully deployed and they still roll just by sitting on the chair a little hard.
As others have mentioned it is a frame / construction that will determine how rigid the RV feels. Jacks will help but they aren't going to get rid of frame flexing completely if you bought a limp noodle.
