Ramp Door Hinge Pin 2005 Fleetwood Gearbox

I just returned from a 3000+ mile trip with this rig. While away, both ramp door hinge pins sheared, making loading and unloading the Harley pretty difficult. Has anyone had the same problem, and detail the repair? I've called several RV dealers to explain the issue, and they don't understand what happened. I would like to know if this is something that is going to require a welder, or can it be done without one? If possible, I'd like to do myself. I'm a contractor, and well equipped. Thanks for any help!
