I think using the Patriot would be the better choice. The 16k would be able to handle your FW, but if you feel more is better, the 18K Patriot is another choice. It is a welded together version of the 16K, that is bolted together. You could sell both current hitches, get the 18K Patriot, and maybe have a few $$$ left over.
