I found a used Reese Elite 18K slider hitch near me that a guy is selling for $600. THe hitch looks like new with no signs of rust or major scratches. It does not come with the underbed rail kit for my truck so I'll have to shell out another $400 for that. A few questions I have if anybody can answer.

1) What does a new one go for including underbed rail kit?
2) Has any significant changes been made to this hitch in the last few years. The manufacture date on this unit is from 2006?
3) Overall how is the quality of this unit.
