- shepstoneExplorerI have had really good service with Coach Net up here in Canada. Have needed them twice, both times they came through for me.
- jffnkrnExplorercopy your concerns to the good sam roadside page and make sure Marcuss is aware. if you did everything in your power to do it the way it should be and the issue is covered, they should and most likely will refund the $$$. we did all they asked, with the forms and within 5 weeks from breakdown to full refund. We still are happy. Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
- rmcspetersonExplorerDO NOT PURCHASE GOOD SAM ROADSIDE ASSISTANE!! We did and were left stranded. I haven't heard a word from them in the 5 weeks since it happened. I had to arrange for and pay for my own towing even though I have GOOD SAM coverage paid until 2017. As far as they know, we are still broken down at the side of the road. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Be forewarned!!

The RV seller I am meeting with tomorrow is offerring another plan.
My 5th wheel came with 1 year's worth of CoachNet as part of the deal. As long as the money is in your pocket, you have the leverage. Why not ask for it? The most the seller can do is say no.

Rusty - jffnkrnExplorerWe have Good Sam Road Service and have used them a total of 4 times in the last 4 years. each time was different, tow, lock out, repair, and double tow. we have been satisfied with ours and will renew in 2016 when due. Just make sure when using them, i am sure with any, be specific about location, problem and know and understand your policy. sometimes you may end up footing the bill then get reimbursed. Usually the first year with Good Sam is at a discount so it should be a simple decision to give it a try! Good Luck & Be safe ! ! !

Thanks everyone, now I am confused but as in all things I will pray over my decision. After paying $400. to have my small trailer towed about 20 miles I will certainly have ERS, however still not sure who. The RV seller I am meeting with tomorrow is offerring another plan. I'll let you know how it all pans out. Thank you so much. At least when I meet with the seller tomorrow I will have done my homework and have the lingo down a bit. Tess
Dont know who "rv seller" is, but you dont have to buy ANY ERS pacage from them if you dont want to. You'll spend anywhere from $99 to $106 for 1 yr coverage with Good Sams or Coachnet...So easy a caveman could do it,,,pick one and relax, 20 miles or more of towing your vehicle, your 5er or both wouldn't have cost you anything with above mentioned ERS coverages.

How far will they tow truck and/or RV? May want to check, just in case it ever comes up. - mileshuffExplorerWe have Allstate for cars and trailer. Had a blowout last year. Allstate sent truck out without issue.
