Roof leak?

I had a roof leak over the winter. I found two spots where water came in. I took off the old caulk and recaulked it. I have not had any water in the camper since.

However, this has been happening on the inside ever since.

I talked to a local rv center yesterday he said there is water trapped in the ceiling.
What do you think? Is there water trapped in the ceiling?

They said I have to take the inside ceiling out and out in dehumidifiers and dry out and reinstall?

Thoughts?

Those antenna can have an area between where it cranks up and holding bracket on the roof where water can leak. There is a rubber condom looking thing that covers where the wire enters the rv and that area cash be problem with leaks. Some sealant under that rubber piece solves that if that is where it's coming from.

Drying out the rig when you have a leak makes sense to me - as others have said it's likely your going to have to replace the interior lining to make it look new. I believe that interior antennae crankshaft shown in the pic should be easy to remove - might give you a chance to see whats causing the wrinkles.

First, find a competent RV repair center.

Then remove and replace.

Agreed. The backer on that vinyl ceiling is cardboard. As the water dried up, the cardboard wrinkled and that's what you see on the surface of the vinyl. Replacement is the only thing to make it look neat again.
