another topic still being discussed. Jayco says all dealers will service, local dealer says they provide parts but I pay for everything else. I'm going up this weekend and see if we can get closer...now it's a no brainer.
"Local" dealer is blowing smoke!..:R
(Or smoking "something")
Tell Jayco what he said.
And....what good does the local dealer do when you're 3K miles away on a camping adventure?..:?
Went way farther than 10 hours away to purchase a Jayco.
It had a 2 year factory warranty I never needed.
However - just for fun (waiting for the DW to do her morning thing), I asked the service dept at a dealer across from the RV park if they would do warranty work on my trlr - which was *not* purchased from them.
After some "beating around the bush" - which included the std BS of their customers first, etc. - they admitted they would...;)
