It looks like my credit card was charged $889 for FIVE tires WITH wheels. That was about $79 shipping included I guess. They are arriving today at the garage I had them sent to. With the shipping in there they come out to be $178 a piece, and that's with the wheels too of course.

I can see the tires being $178 each , but with wheels, is that just a misquote. If not would like to see a picture of the wheels for that price.

Will do.

They go to the tire garage by Monday, but, I said I was in no hurry to have them so when he gets them done I'll tell you then.

Found them on Simple Tire and that's great they send to your home. Thanks. They were a better deal from the place I got them if you want to check them out next time for yourself.

Did you have to call them to get a price? Can't find a link for price.

It also shows a weight rating of 3750. Mine were 4080.

Thanks

That's the only way to order them, call. Kind of a hassle to be sure.

Didn't notice the difference in weight rating. Are yours the same? Mine are the ST235/85R16 load rating G. I don't have to have the extra weight though since I think, with horses, my lq 3 horse trailer will be under 12,000. More than likely it'll be around 10,000.

Same tires I have. Let us know what they say on the side when you get them. For some reason the weight rating varies on different sites.

I didn't see this size at all on Simple Tire? And I don't think they came with the wheels? I am not sure on that, I've looked so many places this past few weeks I forget what all had what. But, I don't think they had this size either. If they do I sure would like the link for future buys. Next time I won't need the wheels. I got the ST 235 85r16 Load range G.

I got them from http://www.tredittire.com/contact-us Kind of inconvenient to order from since there is not online ordering and while one guy was very helpful, it was like pulling teeth a bit to get the info out of them. But, their price was awesome with wheels.

I ordered five with the correct rims this morning! ๐Ÿ™‚

They said they will be here Monday. I was thrown for a loop though when they asked which commercial business would I want them sent to since they don't ship to homes, unless you want to pay a gazillion dollars!

I was happy when a local tire place said I could send them there and have them balanced.

Which leads me to this question, why does everyone ask me if I even want them balanced. Wouldn't I want them balanced? I've had more people say that for a trailer.

But, I'm really happy that I came across this and thank you for your helpful review. I found that there were pretty good reviews on these online and finally was able to breath a sigh of relief of which ones to get and that I also went with 110 psi over the 80 that I think are on there now.

Where did you buy them? Simple tire was only about $5 more ea. to a residence.

EDIT: missed the part about wheels. Glad it worked out.

I just got off the phone with someone about these tires and he told me that these are from China (he said all ST's are from China or out of the country) and that yes, the Goodyear G614 are American. He said these were 10 ply compared to GY 14 ply. They both had a five year warranty on them. It's hard to resist the price of these compared to the Goodyears, I'll tell ya that.

Not sure I can do it though.

Anyone else have any info on the Sailuns?

Sailun tires, unlike most all Chinese manufactured ST tires, are an ISO TS 16949 certified manufacturer..They meet the same manufacturing processes, Quality Processes and training processes that MY company HAS to meet to compete worldwide and gives us a very good reputation for Quality, based on records and data of the processes in the manufacturing process, same for Quality controls and training processes for all those involved...It's not easy to get AND then KEEP this certification( it's a YEARLY audit, and very intense)...Thus the reason, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing the Sailun tire. I've been in manufacturing for 41 years, know quite a bit about quality and the manufacturing processes and know what it takes to earn some of theses certifications, and tells me THIS company is seriously working at producing a safe, quality product...AND the price is great...
