Sailun S637 on 3200lb Capacity Wheels

Wheels may already be rated to 110 psi..crawl under 5er and see if information is etched on backside of the rim..

You could also call Jayco and they'll be able to tell you...

Wheels are stamped with 3200# capacity and no psi limits.

Then, I would think, wheels are only rated to 80 psi.. but could be wrong

I purchased wheels and tires and I'm keeping the take offs so that I can swap back when I trade or sell the current 5er. I think it was about $1235.00 total, mounted, balanced and delivered to my house. Well worth it IMHO.
The wheels are a direct match in the stock wheel appearance and the tires are 235-85R16 "G" Sailun tires.

I run my Sailun tires at 95-100 psi., but that's 15-20 psi over your wheel rating. Personally I wouldn't run mine at less than 95 psi. And I don't know that I'd feel comfortable running my wheels at 25 percent more pressure than rated capacity. Who told you you could run 95-100 psi. with those wheels? If it was the dealer, make sure you get that in writing.

The sidewalls are really stiff and running at 85 psi. might not be an issue, but I'm not a tire engineer and can't really say.

I confirmed with local tire dealer today. He says that it is no problem running 110psi in that wheel with those tires. He states that overloading the wheel weight rating is what will cause wheel failure. I've dealt with him for years and he knows his stuff. I'm not saying he's right or wrong, but i do value his opinion and feel it trustworthy.

I also know between this forum and the Jayco forum that several are running the same setup on the same wheels.

Then the wheels must be rated for 110 psi..The 2016 Jayco Seismic 4112 had 3 axles and a GVW of 21K..Those wheels will take 110 psi.

You need to determine the PSI rating of your wheels. You also need to determine the psi rating of your valves.

Often the psi rating is stamped into the inside of the wheel.

Don't run more than the rated PSI on the wheel. IF you have 85 psi rated wheels, run your S637s at 85psi. They can operate at lower psi ratings, but obviously you get decreased load capacity. Still, it's likely a much better tire than what you had from the factory.

Wheels, tires, and valve stems all need to be rated for the PSI you put in them.

Wheels are not stamped with psi rating, only weight rating of 3200#. I planned on definitely replacing valve stems with high pressure metal stems, and only planned to run 95psi, as that would be enough to cover weight rating I need.
