I have a 2014 Puma Unleashed 298-FQU fifth wheel toy hauler. It is 31'8" with an advertised 10' garage. However, the garage is not separated from the living area, so I have been able to load a pair of 16' kayaks and a couple of trail bikes, and still have full access to the bedroom, bathroom, and fridge. I can access the rest of the kitchen by shifting the yaks around. This might work for you, depending on what toys you are wanting to load in the back.
Hope this helps. It took me a lot of searching to find exactly what I needed for my toys and to be able to park at a lot of national/state parks that have limited campsite pads or twisty roads.
