Slide out motor/transmission

Question

The slide out motor combination had quit. The current combination was a retrofit by a local dealer. The original motor combination was not available att. Do any of you know of some parts suppliers that may carry A replacement?? Thanks much. Wyoslim
Sorry forgot to say 5er is an EXCEL 2002 year of manufacture.

What is make and model of your slide?

I COULD NOT FIND A MAKR/MODEL ON THE SLIDE OUT.  SO I TORE THE OLD ON DOWN AND FOUND THAT ONE OF THE WIRES WAS PULLED FROM THE MOTOR.  REPLACED WIRE AND ALL IS WELL.  THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY
