seems that the slide out brackets need a little reinforcing... has anyone experienced the pantry being too heavy for the slide out brackets?

yes, it was hard to slide in and out. the rails thats screwed to the sides, it seems the screws stripped making it loose. im thinking w/ the heavy load i had on the pantry... plus the bumpy roads made the screw act as a "saw" making the hole bigger.

Our pantry sides never had an issue but the wooden sides started bowing out when packed tightly. I had to dampen the wood on one shelf and clamp it down until it dried to fix this. Your humidity level may be low enough that you will never see this problem.

No, not as of yet on mine. It seems to slide perfectly with very little effort. It is full to the max, with an assortment of 50/50 cans and soft goods, sure it is very heavy.

I might lighten mine up now after hearing about yours.
Thanks for the heads up.
