And may I say that your wife's a better woman than I am- I make my Husband RIDE the bike he's bringin' along.
I WISH! She said that she would take her air ticket this spring so I could follow on the bike....yeah right! :)
Well, if she turns ya loose and you need some guys to travel with my husband's gang (The Rebels Without a Clue) is always looking for initiates for its "No wives allowed" trips! :B
FK - (if you haven't already) you should visit the Escapees HDT forum.
Lots of (pics of) Smart Cars on decks of HDTs - and various M/Cs in "the open" and some in droms ("box" behind the sleeper) - with electric hoists (yes, we're talking Harleys).
One of the guys I worked with did the "official" Iron Butt rallies, as well as the same - just for fun.
In CA. - "Going on a ride for a burger tomorrow".
Oh yeah, where?
And - he would name some burger joint in Houston.
No room for a passenger - as that spot was taken by a spare fuel tank.
Then when he got a bit old for that - he had to switch to a trike.
Thinks nothing of riding from Arkansas to So. CA for our monthly ORFB breakfasts.

No problem. We were working an RV show and everytime it rained we just put it inside as opposed to putting the roof up. Seems to me the ramp was rated for 2500 pounds. The car comes in at around 1800
- Johnny_HExplorerThe ramp would be the biggest concern, nothing like being half way up it and find out it is not strong enough. Kind of hard to get it to seal afterwards.
- Johnny_HExplorerAs stated, depends on your TH, I can carry my Jeep Wrangler in mine.

All of that so you can bring a motorcycle along?
I'm speechless!
Well, maybe two side x sides or 1 side x side and a bike depending what the plans are! :) My wife is not interested in motorbikes and I love to get out on the bikes....so this is the best solution for us.

Now that you've got the rig all set up just right: where you gonna carry that Sno-cat I see in the background of your pic? :W...:B - RickSoExplorer

We have hauled our Smart Car in the toyhauler with no problems. The only problem is when my DW has the SC I can't haul the motorbike so have just recently fixed the problem.....now we can take the car and the bikes. :) I am having this deck installed on the new Volvo VNL 730 single axle truck by RV haulers.ca.
All of that so you can bring a motorcycle along?
I'm speechless!
