So, I'm not a huge fan of my Pullrite Superglide....

Had a Super Glide in our old set-up and really loved the hitch. I had NO complaints about any aspects of it. Tighten the jam-nut just snug enough to keep if from moving. It may need to be tightened periodically as the nylon bushing block wears. You've got a great hitch. FYI, my installer who has owned a hitch shop and been a Pullrite dealer for many years told me to use Slip-Plate dry graphite spray on the moving parts. It will not attract any dirt and grit.
