surge protector kicking off, PS 5

Where are you plugged in...CG pedestal, at home etc?

Need to get incoming power..both legs (should be 120V AC +/- 10% on each leg)
Check neutral......should be '0' if balanced

Outlet testing

Can't find it in my 6" HH book. So looked progressive industries up on line can't find PS 5. P stands for Previous Error Code: & E-5 Line 2 Voltage High (Line voltage above 132.

So will call tomorrow but will leave unplugged today as I think we are getting spikes over 132V.

If anyone knows for sure what is going on for sure would appreciate help

Progressive Industries Error code
E-5 Line 2 Voltage High (Line voltage above 132 volts)

That suggests an imbalance on one of the power legs and device is tripping incoming power as designed

What does the operator's manual describe the error code PS 5 as?
