Tandem axle equilizer and shackle angles

I now know that the wet bolts that are prepressed into the one shackle, as illustrated in the picture of the kit, has been installed at the 3 or 9 o'clock position depending on which way you flip it. Already have the press for the bushings if needed. Obviously you have to make sure the end spring bolts are installed correctly.
