Temporary Clothes Hanging Rod?

Question

Over the past few years, the wife has grown fond of removing clothes from the laundry dryer half dried, then hanging on wire hangers to finish air drying.(less wrinkles and no ironing)This is a problem while traveling cause there is no rod. Just wondering what the "rest of the world" is doing. Need some kind of temporary rod.

i have a piece of 1" plastic conduit in my shower to hang wet clothes on... out of sight ... works great  :B

I carry 2 pieces of 2 x 2 that fit across the top of the shower. She will use 1 or both depending on the number of hangers. Staggering them if both.  A hanger will fit over a 2 x 2 and it won't roll around when in place.

My wife uses a wooden fold up rack type deal at home. She bought a smaller one for the 5er that fits under the couch. We try to do laundry on the nicer days in the am so while we are out the stuff is drying.

we hang ours off one of the cabinets over the small couch. the doors flip up and the plastic hangers fit perfectly on the lower frame of the cabinet. flip the door down and they stay in place.

We use an expandable shower rod that we put in the shower cross-wise. I've seen some clever racks that attach to the outside ladder also.
