Tennessee Vacation

Only other place is check out the cave holding the LOST SEA. It is a little north of Chat'nga.

Just north of Chattanooga on US27 is Dayton, TN. This is where the Scopes Monkey Trial took place in the 1920's. The old courthouse has a museum in the basement and is well worth the time if you are a history buff. US27 is an excellent road with little traffic.

I would hit all Chattanooga has, and if you want another interesting area, try Cloudland Canyon Park, right across GA line, much closer to TN.

Yes we are going in our 5th wheel!! And as to what we like -- we like just by everything - all sight seeings are wonderful adventures!! Think we will take your advice and go to Chattanooga - will prolly stop a few days in Nashville. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

Got to agree. Tennessee Aquarium is fresh and salt water. Was transferred here in 1985 and have had several opportunities to leave but would not even consider.

I do recommend Chester Frost Park for camping. Right on the Tennessee river.

Chatenooga Cival war, Look Out MT. Incline Rail Way, Tow Truck museum, fresh water aquaruim.
