I have a Xantrex HF1800 in my WW FS2300 and on my last two trips my Inverter wasn't working The Charger was working great, but no A/C.. So I e-mailed tech support and after some diag, they agreed to send me a new HF1800. I was shocked, and not by the inverter!! I got my care package and installed the new unit!! So far so good.. Thanks Xantrex for the great customer service!!

I had the Xantrax 1200 in my old TT and just placed a Xantrax Pure Sine Wave 2000 in my new TT. The old one worked for 10 years and still going strong. I expect the same out of the new one as well.

I used to be one of the people on the other end of the phone back when it was Heart Interface.... wow that was a long time ago.

Xantrex bought up all the big three players (Trace Engineering, Heart Interface and Statpower) in the RV inverter market back in 2000 or 2001.

I have a PSW2000 inverter/charger in my truck camper.
I had a Heart Interface Freedom 10, then later a Freedom 20 in my Desert Fox toy hauler.

Inverter and 2 stage charger are essentials to me after having worked for a manufacturer of them for so many years.

I had a problem with the PSW2000 and Xantrex took care of my problem too.

I found Xantrex great to work with also. I called them on the phone, described my problem, and they sent me the correct part to fix mine. I was charged for the part of course because my warranty was long expired.
