I used to be one of the people on the other end of the phone back when it was Heart Interface.... wow that was a long time ago.
Xantrex bought up all the big three players (Trace Engineering, Heart Interface and Statpower) in the RV inverter market back in 2000 or 2001.
I have a PSW2000 inverter/charger in my truck camper.
I had a Heart Interface Freedom 10, then later a Freedom 20 in my Desert Fox toy hauler.
Inverter and 2 stage charger are essentials to me after having worked for a manufacturer of them for so many years.
I had a problem with the PSW2000 and Xantrex took care of my problem too.
